How much does window cleaning cost?

On average, between $9 and $12 per window inside and out, regardless of size. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Will you walk on my tile roof?

No. We protect your roof. We use extension poles and other safe methods to reach high windows without risking damage to your tiles.

What's your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. Just give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

What safety measures do you take?

Safety is our top priority. We use stabilizer bars, safety anchors when necessary, and our team is fully certified in OSHA 10, Roof Safety, and Fall Protection.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely! If you find anything we missed, we'll come back and fix it at NO CHARGE. Your satisfaction is our promise.

How can I reschedule the cleaning service?

What payment methods do you accept?

We make it easy! We accept credit cards, cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

Do I need to prepare before you arrive?

Just let us know if any furniture needs moving, and please secure any aggressive pets. We'll handle the rest!

Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?

We use professional-grade cleaning solutions that effectively remove dirt, grime, and buildup for the best possible results.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the entire Denver Metro Area.

How far in advance should I book?

DWe recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Do you clean in bad weather?

Your safety and quality results are important. We'll reschedule if weather conditions aren't suitable for cleaning.

How long does a typical service take?

This varies by home size, but we never rush. Quality takes time, and we ensure every window sparkles.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely! We carry insurance and are licensed in the state of Colorado.

What happens if you're running late for my appointment?

We are very rarely late. But, if we're delayed, we'll contact you immediately and provide an updated arrival estimate.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes! We occasionally run specials for new customers, seniors, and military families. Ask us about current offers when you book.

Can I schedule regular cleaning services (monthly, quarterly, etc.)?

Absolutely! We offer flexible recurring service plans so your windows will look their best year-round. Let us know what works best for you. We have monthly as well quarterly plans.

Do you clean window screens, tracks, and sills?

Yes! We offer add-on services that clean screens, tracks, and sills, as well a host of other services that will make sure your property always looks it best!

Is your work pet-safe?

Yes! Our products and procedures are safe for pets. Please let us know if you have any specific concerns.

Darian and Travis did an excellent job cleaning my windows inside and out! I’ll definitely use them again next year. Both are very detailed oriented and kept my house tidy as they worked. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the service we received. Communication with the owner was excellent. The team showed up right on time and worked hard to get the job done.I cannot believe how great my windows and screens look! They look better than brand new! The price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work that was done. I highly recommend J&T Window & Gutter Cleaning, and will definitely be using them again in the spring!

I would not hesitate to use J&T again!!! They did a phenomenal job trimming, removing dead limbs off the trees! I also used them for window cleaning right after the tree job was complete! They paid attention to detail in everything they did!!! Extremely happy with all that was done. Great customer service!!!
